Wed. Afternoon: Got in a bike outside for 1 h 15. I rode the lake- wow- that's going to be one tough set of 4 laps... up and down up and down. its a bit like cycling on SaltSpring Island.
I wanted to run as well- but I had to bust the move to Victoria for a physio appointment. This also went well.
THURS MORNING:
Wow- what a swim! I was very red in the face afterwards.

10 x 25 drill (side kick, side kick arm out, 1 zipper switch, 4 catch up)
6 x 150 (building twice)
10 x 25 sprints
8 x 25 kick (running out of time)
200 cool down
