AM: Swim.
- Went well. Did full workout. Worked on lengthening my stroke.
PM: Bike:
- This was fun... I was ltd. by time. Warm up 25 min. Biked 7 hills at Graveyard HIll here in Shawnigan. It was awesome, because each time I would almost make it to the top and I'd just keep working hard to get to the top. I'm not sure where I should be gear wise in these hills. I was muscling it at the middle chain rings or slightly harder, and working hard not standing up. Is that VO2 Max? Then I had a 15 minute cool down.
- The workout called for 9, however b/c it was my first time doing them I decided to only do 7.
