SWIM: It rocked- I was quite bleary eyed and blah in the car to the pool- but once I got going I was fine. In fact I loved the workout- wow, amazing how what seemed like a mega work-out last week has now become the norm. I like the experience of this progress.
WORKOUT: Well- with limited time between coaching and duty- I had 10 minutes on my trainer and then did my core work, glute work and leg weights (w/out machines). It was good.
Its great to have the rest week- because now I'm just keen and focussed about making the workout happen. That hour between coaching and duty could easily just be a cup of tea and meandering random conversations about the weather and IPODS or whatever's hip with other staff members and kids. But, I was so determined to put in the workout.
