14 x 25: 12.5 torpedo kick/ 12.5 swim
150 easy kick
5 x 100: lengthening stroke
200 back stroke
5 x 100: counting strokes
200 back/ breast
3 x 50 swim 25 scull
= 2825 metres.
- I can feel my si joint a bit today... wonder if its related to the riding yesterday.
- my legs felt tired today (lactic-ee) when I started kicking. but as I warmed up, I was fine.
