Sat Feb 10th swim and bike

SWIM: Masters (2km)
- focus was on the butterfly (I was relieved that this week was a rest week)

  • 100 easy kick
  • 4 x 100 fly kick (front/side/front/side)
  • 100 easy
  • 3 x 50 (4 kicks and stroke/freestyle back) with flippers
  • 3 x 50 (fly stroke only/ freestyle stroke only back) with flippers
  • 50 easy
  • 3 x 50 (3 kicks and stroke/freestyle back) with flippers
  • 3 x 50 (fly stroke only/ freestyle stroke only back) with flippers
  • 50 easy
  • 3 x 50 (2 kicks and stroke/freestyle back) with flippers
  • 3 x 50 (fly stroke only/ freestyle stroke only back) with flippers

  • some kick offs

BIKE: indoor 2 hours.
