TUESDAY:
- School life is hectic.... everyone is being evaluated; Including me!
- Got in an hour workout at gym where, because I missed my swim in the am, I combined my legs and arms workout yesterday in order to be able to swim Wed. am.
- 10 minutes cardio, then weights without machines.
WEDNESDAY:
- Swam 1850 at Juan de Fuca. I was picking up a bad habit, and my shoulder got a bit sore... but it feels okay now. The sprints do the trick in terms of realingning my strokes.
- PHYSIO: Saw Gerald- the tendons/muscles on the outside of my right lower leg flared up after my trail run on Sunday. Gerald massaged the area, gave me strength training excercises and prescribed a no-trail run time until my ankles strengthen. grumble!
- BIKE: 1 hour.
