Wed. morn' workout

There's still power - yahoo!

I had a wicked workout. Glad to feel back in the swing of the nutty Shawnigan schedule.

- eliptical for 20
- rowing for 5
- Upper Body on machines
- Core Work
- and some glute work: - running stride on a 1/2 stability ball.
- inner thigh work
- one legged lunges
- side leg lifts
