Workout # 3 = 200o metres. included:
- 4 x 100: swim/pull/kick/swim.
- 1 x 1000 swim - this went really well. I was kind of nervous about losing count and dying. well- neither happened. fear tends to help me (luckily). Heart Rate at end: 132
- 10 x 50 metres on 1 min 10sec, and then the last 3 i swam on 1 min 5sec. Heart rate at end: 180
- 1 x 100 back stroke
I felt really good, tired and thirsty after this workout. I took a nap after first class.
